Susen has more than twenty years' experience meeting the requirements of clients and their projects while offering an efficient, friendly and personal service. Susen prides herself in assisting her clients in achieving the best results on time and on budget.

The Susen Vural Design ethos is that effective design is a force for good and contributes to society in positive ways. Susen’s aim is to use her experience and skills, in collaboration with other creative professionals, to work for organisations that are themselves contributors to knowledge, to culture and to society at large.

Susen holds a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from Central St. Martin's and an MA in Graphic Design from the Royal College of Art.

My experience of commissioning Susen is overwhelmingly positive. She ticks all the boxes creatively, procedurally and personally. Susen gets straight to the point of a corporate identity and develops compelling, beautiful and commercially viable creative concepts lightning fast. She is tact personified when dealing with clients (whilst driving a hard creative bargain), and keeps impeccably transparent archive and email project records. Resourceful, intelligent, charming and reliable, a great find.
— Christine Ayre, Head of Brand Design, Brand & Marketing Department, King's College London
I’ve worked with Susen on many design projects, including one-off publications and a new visual identity, for complex international organisations. She excels at every stage: understanding (and sometimes challenging) a brief, presenting a range of creative solutions, and the details of implementation. She’s very good at dealing with internal stakeholders, staying patient and flexible while remaining focused on delivering great design.
— Tim Pemberton, Communications & Marketing Manager, supporting people with learning disabilities
I can happily recommend Susen Vural Design. Susen and her colleagues are great to work with – responsive to your needs and completely reliable. We’re worked with Susen for a number of years and will continue to do so.
— Dr Nigel Eady, Director of Research Talent, Centre for Doctoral Studies & Centre for Research Staff Development
I cannot recommend the design, communicative and administrative skills of Susen Vural highly enough. I have worked with her on two occasions: for the design and production of a catalogue and poster for my exhibition Going South in Somerset House, King’s College London in 2015; and recently for my exhibition Towards Deep and Radiant Time in The Arcade at Bush House, King’s College London in 2018. Here she designed and arranged for the production of a poster, leaflets and a wall text that were bold and beautiful. She is a pleasure to work with: imaginative, considerate, punctilious and efficient.
— Lola Frost, Artist & Visiting Research Fellow in the Department of War Studies, King's College London
Susen was a brilliant designer and manager for my book, easy and prompt to deal with in communications, with great flare for creative ideas and options in the aesthetics of the layout and presentation of the work.
— Professor Robert Blackburn, QC, LLD, FRHistS, Professor of Constitutional Law, King’s College London
Susen worked with Arts Council England on the design, creation and making of the legacy and learning package from the Young People’s Participatory Theatre three year programme MAKING TOMORROW’S THEATRE. This complex piece of work, turning three years of evaluations, photos, information, reports, film footage and more, became an attractive, useable and interactive tool that will be used by theatre and arts practitioners across the world. The project was executed with interest and enjoyment with Susen’s artistic overview and far reaching imagination.
— Eleanor Hartwell, Project Manager, Theatre & Dance Strategy, Arts Council England
Susen and her colleagues provide a very high standard of design and work both diligently and creatively to deliver on the client’s brief. She is highly professional and sensitive to the complexities of designing for large organisations like universities, and has a versatility which is a genuine asset to any project.
— Peter Graham, Head of Communications, Cambridge Judge Business School

Susen worked with us as designer on two recent exhibitions in the Arcade at Bush House, part of King’s College London’s Cultural Quarter, and was professional, friendly and efficient throughout. We had very positive feedback on the design and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Susen to others and look forward to working together again in the future.
— Leanne Hammacott, Head of Cultural Programming, Culture, King’s College London
It was a real pleasure to work with Susen Vural Design. They understood the brief perfectly and produced a set of great designs, it was difficult to choose which one to go with! We used the design online and on a number of printed materials and it looked fantastic on them all. Highly recommended!
